About the Event
Improve your health and wellbeing with a slow paced Hatha Yoga class. The class will focus on slowly increasing flexibility, improving balance, while working on strength. Yoga props will be used to enhance and support you. At the end of each session there will be a short meditation practice. Gentle yoga classes are accessible to everyone including beginners.
We are offering this class on a Pay What You Feel basis, with a suggested donation of £3 per session.
