Family Boxercise

This Thursday afternoon class ensures families get their daily dose of exercise as well as ensuring that they spend some quality time together in the process.

As well as the obvious health benefits, the class promises to be a lot of fun for all ages.

As a busy parent, finding a little me time to look after yourself can be a challenge.

If your child is five years or over, just bring them with you to our Thursday afternoon class.
