Our brand-new Dancercise class is specially  designed for the mature body and provides an opportunity to relax, get fit  and meet new people. Musical themes to shake your groove to include; Rock ‘n’   Roll, Salsa and Broadway Beats. No previous experience required. Come along  and join our free taster session.
