Christopher Brookmyre

Chris Brookmyre was a journalist before becoming a full-time novelist, and is now one of Britain’s leading crime authors. His novels have sold more than 2 million copies in the UK alone, and has won both the McIlvanney Prize and the Theakston’s Old Peculier Crime Novel of the Year award. Chris was born in Glasgow and now lives in South Lanarkshire. His latest novel, The Cliff House, was released in July 2022

Lisa Gray

Lisa Gray previously worked as the Chief Scottish Football Writer at the Press Association and books columnist at the Daily Record Saturday Magazine. Her debut novel, Thin Air, was a Washington Post and Wall Street Journal bestseller. Her new novel, The Dark Room, is coming this October. Lisa now writes full-time and lives right here in Rutherglen!
