connecting with my community makes me #healthynhappy

The SPRING Social Prescribing programme allows G.P.s, pharmacists and primary health care professionals, such as health visitors and occupational therapists, to connect you with your local social prescribers, Healthy n Happy's Transforming Lives team.

You will meet with one of our key workers. They will work beside you to identify your wellbeing goals, and the activities to help you achieve them, such as:

  • Qi Gong and Out & About

  • CHOICES confidence building and relaxation workshops

  • Social groups in the community

  • Handy Folk upcycling and practical skills courses

  • Volunteering – radio, garden projects, Telling Your Story, bike maintenance, parent cafés, venue hosting and more!

“I really enjoyed meeting everyone and thinking about what goals

I would like to achieve in the next few months”

The activities run regularly throughout the year.  To register yourself or one of your clients for the latest activities, or for further information, contact the Transforming Lives team on:
