The SPRING Social Prescribing programme allows G.P.s, pharmacists and primary health care professionals, such as health visitors and occupational therapists, to connect you with your local social prescribers, Healthy n Happy's Transforming Lives team.

You will meet with one of our key workers. They will work beside you to identify your wellbeing goals, and the activities to help you achieve them, such as:

  • Our outdoors activities

  • Our workshops and classes

  • Social groups in the community

  • Volunteering

What?

SPRING Social Prescribing programme is ideal for anyone over the age of 18 experiencing feelings of loneliness, isolation, low mood or low confidence.

It can also be beneficial if health issues are impacting on your sense of wellbeing.

Who?

“I really enjoyed meeting everyone and thinking about what goals

I would like to achieve in the next few months”

Our activities run regularly throughout the year.  For further information about SPRING, contact the Transforming Lives team on:
