connecting with my community makes me #healthynhappy
SPRING Social Prescribing programme allows G.P.s and primary health care professionals, such as health visitors and occupational therapists, to connect you with your local social prescribers, Healthy n Happy’s Transforming Lives team.
You will meet with one of our key workers. They will work beside you to identify your wellbeing goals, and the activities to help you achieve them, such as:
Qi Gong and Out & About
CHOICES confidence building and relaxation workshops
Social groups in the community
Handy Folk upcycling and practical skills courses
Volunteering – radio, garden projects, Telling Your Story, bike maintenance, parent cafés, venue hosting and more!
“I really enjoyed meeting everyone and thinking about what goals
I would like to achieve in the next few months”
Activities run throughout the week.
You can find out more by contacting the Transforming Lives Team by:

It can also be beneficial if health issues are impacting on your sense of wellbeing.

However we are primarily based at the Aspire Building, 16 Farmeloan Road or at our community venue, Number 18, Farmeloan Road.
