CHI Mental & Emotional Health & Wellbeing programmes also help raise awareness of mental health and of what to do if you or someone you know becomes unwell.
We run Mental Health Awareness workshops and events in schools, for groups and throughout the communities of Cambuslang and Rutherglen, to help people understand their own and others' mental & emotional health & wellbeing issues. We also organise and deliver Scotland's Mental Health First Aid courses for local people and for groups, organisations, and front-line workers and volunteers.

The CHI Mental & Emotional Health & Wellbeing programmes are for EVERYONE in Cambuslang and Rutherglen, whatever your age, whichever neighbourhood you live in, whether you want to improve your wellbeing, deal with a health issue, or talk to someone about how you are feeling.
You may want to help change attitudes to talking about your mind and your emotions, or you can learn a skill to help support the mental & emotional health & wellbeing of your family, your friends, your workplace and your community.
