Working with you to make Cambuslang and Rutherglen healthier and happier for all.

We are always interested in hearing from our communities about what else we can do to help you live your lives in healthier and happier ways, and there are opportunities to get involved in every area of our work in our communities.

CHI gets recognition in the Scottish Parliament
James Kelly MSP for Glasgow Rutherglen and Robert Brown MSP for Glasgow region both recently introduced a motion in the Scottish Parliament highlighting the work and contribution that the Community Health Initiative makes to the local community. In his motion Mr. Kelly congratulated us for securing additional funding to enable us to extend the services we provide to Cambuslang and Rutherglen. In his motion Mr. Brown congratulated the work of the Alcohol Prevention and Education Programme. Each of these motions were supported by a cross section of MSPs within parliament.
Well done to all our Volunteers, Board Members and Staff for all your hard work!
