CHI Changes courses cover a wide range of stress management techniques and topics, all with the aim of making real changes in your life.  The course includes stress awareness, confidence building, assertiveness and relationships, realistic thinking, positive attitude, relaxation, healthy living and more.  Achieving goals runs throughout the course.
