
Our Communication, Information and Dialogue theme was started because local people told us that a lack of information was a key barrier for them being able to access services and information that would help them and their families improve their health and well-being.
A number of local partners got together to try and see if we could do something about this and what resulted from those discussions were:
The Community Matters newspaper full of regeneration and local information distributed quarterly to more then 10,000 homes
Camglen Radio Station - broadcasting free information to your homes, cars, offices or wherever you are
The partners still work together - they are The Tackling Poverty Team, Voluntary Action South Lanarkshire, Routes to Work South and us, the CHI
