CHI STRESS MANAGEMENT

You may feel this way because you are finding it hard to relax or sleep, you may be feeling anxious or tense, perhaps you have been trying to cope but it just gets worse, or you feel confused and lacking in motivation. This may be because of a bereavement or family issues, overwork or money problems, worry about someone else or your own health, or you may lack confidence to address issues
Whatever the stressors, we will try and help you to
learn to manage the stress

Step one is to come to one of our Open Doors sessions and talk one-to-one with a stress management worker, for advice without obligation.
You can find out about services that can help, get information on our workshops that run throughout the year, or register for one of our Stress Management courses
We will write to you with further information and regular updates on workshops and other activities
Call Lesley or Joy on 0141 641 5236 to confirm days & times

Many people find the workshops helpful in learning new stress management techniques
We also have a “Pass It On!” programme to help you learn new skills that you can use to help others –
your friends, family, community and colleagues
